The district is overseen by a publicly elected Board of Trustees and maintains all public cemeteries within the boundaries of Campbell County, including Kintz Cemetery, Rozet Cemetery, Savageton Cemetery, Wright Cemetery, Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Bethlehem Cemetery, E.R. Cemetery, Four Mile Cemetery, Mount Nebo Cemetery.
